ONE PIECE: Can Luffy Defeated the Yongkou?

 

Yongkou in the World of One Piece are four great pirate captains that could balancing the sea on the Grand Line or we can say “New World”. In addition the Yongkou are knowns with unparalleled power, they are controlled hundreds and thousands of pirates crews. Even with the power they have, the Yongkou can control some of islands, by using their great name in the islands so no one pirates allow to colonize their islands.

Yonkou’s power was not only known among other pirates, but also in the government in the One Piece. After the death of Roger, 20 years ago, the position of king of pirate was not kept, but then Luffy exist in the first scene of One Piece and want to be a king of pirate. Luffy so obsessed with being like Roger, but his journey to reach that position is not easy, one of which he must defeat the Yongkou.

Can Luffy defeat the Yongkou? Let’s talk about it together briefly, Good Readers.

Do you still remember? In the introduction of Luffy character at the beginning was very striking and unique. This character roughly like inappropriately a stupid, a skinny character with weak punches who wanting to occupy the throne of the pirate king. But, who would have thought the episodes of each episode showed development character who’s over power. Although it is still inappropriate that Luffy in the episode 1000 should defeated 2 Yongkou at same arc, Kaido and Big Mom.

Some fans may be a bit annoyed that Luffy was buffed to defeat Kaido and Bigmom, but inevitably we have to accept that because of Luffy is the main character. So, the answer is of course Luffy might be able to defeat Big Mom and Kaido, the Yongkou from dirty play or ganging with the help of the Worst Generations.

If in the fight scene Luffy faced Kaido and Big Mom at one time, he will not be able to defeat them both alone even if he got the buff all out or Oda would made him to win just like that, because it will display a flaw or plot hole. So the only way to play the gang plus added assisted by Kaido’s son, Yamato and Akazaya Nine (Nine sword sheath) the followers of Oden.

When they were defeated there would definitely be 2 Yongkou seats are going empty, and luffy definitely wouldn't be interested in that position because in his brain was only meat and the Pirate King. So it's likely that those two positions will be taken by Law and Eustass Kid. For X Drake himself although he belongs to the worst generation, he is also a spy from the government, so he doesn't want that position, so far he is infiltrated the Beast Pirates just to destroy from within.

Although we know Eustass Kidd is equally ambitious to become the Pirate King, but that ambitiousness is not much different from the figure of Whitebeard. In the end, although Eustass Kidd continued to pursue the King Position, Kidd and Luffy were not far from rival. Eustass Kidd and Monkey D Luffy's relationship is like Whitebeard and Gol D Rogger.

ONE PIECE: Chapter 1037 Update After a Week Off!

 

Finally Chapter 1037 update after a week off, Eiichiro Oda is an artist of the manga of One Piece who has published chapter 1037 on 16^th January 2022, which of course has been awaited by his fans. For the Indonesian translate manga, Good Readers can read on legal websites such as MangaPlus or Crunchyroll which are update every Sunday if there is no update off announcement.

Some fans may be upset because the artist manga Eiichiro Oda often takes update off. But it’s for good reason, for Mangaka who are take regular holiday it will benefit for their health. And of course for the continuity of One Piece to reach the ending that still far away from the climax plot. As fans who are excited of One Piece, should be grateful because Eiichiro Oda is still consistently continues the One Piece storyline very well. Each chapter that has been published always gives the readers with an interesting story and unexpected plot twist.

The unexpectedly story of One Piece seems like provokes the fans, from the ordinary audience to the content creator. They are creating new theories from the simple to the wild to solve the mystery that Oda has created in the world build of One Piece. Then often in the comment field of creator their fans throw their theoretical point of view to refute the theory has been created by the creator. And that make the comment field of creator a place for open debate.

For the example, the chapter 1037 which was published yesterday, now has been reviewed and analyzed by several content creators, one of them is Youtuber Devil No Mi.

The story of this chapter brings up panels which there are showing Gorosei and silhouetess of IM, that the Gorosei called him/her as God. The creator was reviewed about God IM, the creator denies about the power of IM, which fans think will be the last enemy of the main character of One Piece. With this theory, it provoked some fans who are rejected the creator’s argument by throwing their arguments. Such as guessed that IM stands for immortal or imperial or like recommending another characters who are Gorosei and God IM talked about.

The example explain there are many mysteries behind the story that Eiichiro Oda has made in the story building, this topic making every week and even every day there are content creators who review this animation. Although there are many theories circulating on the internet, doesn’t make the anime boring at all. Because the mysteries in the anime, it provoke the fans to be curious.

There are rumors circulated that the artist had said in his interview on Fuji TV, he would change the storyline if there were fans who managed to guess the ending storyline of One Piece animation. but recently the editor, Isaka said that Eiichiro Oda would stick to the ending he had prepared in the start he decide this animation.

ONE PIECE: Various Races in Wano Kuni Arc

Konnichiwa Good Readers, if last week we focused on epic scenes in Episode 1000, this time the author want to discuss about the various races in Wano Kuni Arc of One Piece.

The theme is really interesting, because Eiichiro Oda has built the world building of One Piece in a way with a very unique characters and unimaginable if the characters appears in the real world.

There are dozens of races in world building of One Piece that have been created by Oda Sensei, from natural races whose have lived for a long time, artificial races of science like Cyborg or chemicals and even races created because of devil fruit. Here are the various races that appear in Wano Kuni Arc.

1.    Race of Elbaf (Giant)

The race of Elbaf or we can say Giant races actually had normal physiques like other human, just they have a very big size body like a giant. In Wano Kuni this races represented by Charlote Linlin, Big Mom Pirate one of the Yonkou who teams up with Kaido.

Beside the big size body, race of Elbaf can live for a very long time; their age can reach up to three hundred years. The Elbaf races was born as knight who uphold high self-esteem. But, Big Mom actually had a bad past, she was expelled by Elbaf people for a reason.

2.    Race of Fish Man

The character of the Fish man has the characteristic of half man and water creatures like fish or squid. The fish man race living at a depth of 10.000 meters sea. In Wano Kuni this races presented by Jinbey; crew of Straw Hat Pirate.

In addition to having unique characteristics, they usually have an unique way for fight. Such as, Karate fish-man this is material art usually used by Jinbei, then the half-shark man who can grow fangs in quick time or squid man who can spray black ink.

3.    Race of Mink

The characteristics of this race is an animal-human who has feathers. The Mink race living at island named Zou, is an island on top of a large elephant that walks in the sea, and the rumor says it’s never stopping. The kings of Mink, Inuarashi and Nekomamushi are the one of Red Scabbard whose are loyal to Kozuki Oden, the previous King of Wano Kuni.

The Race of Mink having unique material arts for fight, they can transformation from Mink to Sulong. The  hybrid can make them using an electricity from their hand and made their power many times more than before.

4.    Race of Lunarian

The race of Lunarian are very unique, because they are an old race that is almost extinct. In Wano Kuni this race presented by King, the crew of Kaido, Beasts Pirate. King is one three All-Stars of the beasts, he can create fire out of their hands.

The informations of this race is very limited, but it seems that King is that last man in this race. Because, as we know Big Mom is a greedy person who wants to have all races under her control, and in one of episode, she invites King several times to join her pirates but is rejected.

5.   Race Created by Science

Another unique characteristics in Wano Kuni have Alchemist and Cyborg. The Cyborg character is Franky and the Alchemist is Sanji, the crews of Straw Hat Pirates.

Some fans might be mad at me cause I mentioned Sanji, but that’s okay. As we known in the previous episode in Whole Cake arc, Sanji’s flashback of his father claimed that he’s just failed child of Germa Product, but is seems not at all. Because the puzzles of his power are revealed one by one in episode 1000 and we’ll see how it goes. Or maybe I will make new topic just for him in another time.

Back to the Franky as Cyborg, he is from city named Water Seven. In previous life he is work as Ship-Wrecked. Now in Straw Hat pirates, he is as Ship Repairer. Franky weighs up to 125 kilograms and 225 centimeters tall.

6.    Race of Devil Fruit

The other races are ordinary humans, whose have other characters created by Devil Fruit they are consumed.

For example, one of Kaido's Crew and Subordinates is King, the All-Stars who is Lunarian and he ate Devil Fruit model of Pteranodon. The model of King’s Devil Fruit is Ancient Animal, called Ryu Ryu no Mi Mytichal Zoan.

Another example is our Captain, Luffy who ate Gomu Gomu no Mi, it’s type Paramecia made him as rubber man.

And many more types of Devil Fruits.

ONE PIECE: Epic Scenes in Special Episode of 1000

Konbanwa Good Readers, I'd like to review the animation about One Piece, which we know the animation now in episode 1005 but I will start review on episode 1000. All of you can watch in On the Youtube or AnimeLover, it's update every weekend at Saturday or Sunday.

Now we start with the opening of this episode, start with Big Mom in Wanokuni very angry and effect the one of Tobi Roppo, Sasaki, he is tied by Kyosiro. In this scene, Sasaki knew that Kyosiro is Oden's subordinates and betrayed him. So I assume, Sasaki and Kyosiro are close friend, because he was very angry because he had previously believed in Kyosiro.

This episode has epic scenes, first is Mink tribes turn into Sulong, In this mode the Mink tribes are very cool and desperately fight against Kaido's subordinates. Especially Inuarashi and Nekomamushi, they are turned into Sulong mode and their body size almost matched Jack's body. And I’m pretty sure, their power it will exceed jack. Mink tribes gain their power from the full moon, at the Inu and Neko turned into Sulong mode the sky let out lightning, so it was conceivable this would defeat Jack in one strike.

Second epic scene, the upgrade every character of Mugiwara crews. From Franky who upgrade his power and his Robot into Shogun Franky, that Robot can hit the one of Number Jaki in once hit. Then Sanji, on this scene he got a hard hit from Queen but because of Germa robe can he is fine. So I assume the robe can is very powerful, yeah of course is made by Germa.

The third, is when all the crew met in one place. It’s very epic for me, I mean the situation is very fitting where it is cool, Queen and King are after Luffy, and the crews will be preparing to die to bring their Captain to the top of the hall for following Kinemon’s team. Every scene in each arc if they were already together in one place there would be epic and fierce battles or performances of them, so I cannot wait for the next episode.

Those three epic scenes from me. At the end of the anime as they gather, as it's a special episode, Toei adds a brief snippet of the crew's past when he first meets captain Mugiwara. I really like the last touch, for me, it’s very dramatic and remind me the arc of Water Seven and Enies Loby, when they save Nico Robin from CP-9 and lost the Going Marry at the end. To be honest, the author cried a lot at that scenes.

I want to introduce a little about this animation, for those who are just starting to follow this animation.

One Piece is manga series illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, published by Weekly Shonen Jump in Shueisha since 22 July 1997, and the English publisher is Viz Media. This manga has been adapted into animation and live action production by Toei Animation in Japan since 1999.
